  • 1 red shallot
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100g deveined shirmp

  • Fried prawn crackers

How to make pomelo salad with shirmp and dried squid

Step 1: Peel the grapefruit, separate it and put it in a bowl.

Grill dried squid and shred it.
