Step 7:
Ladle a teaspoon of the mixture and pour into baking tray, using the back of the spoon or fork to spread a thin layer of the mixture.
Step 8:
Put the baking tray into the oven with 1600C-1800C for 10-12 minutes until the Almond Tuiles get a golden color.
Remember to watch out the Almond Tuiles because baking time depends on oven’s temperature.
Step 9:
When the Almond Tuiles become golden, you can take them out, using a peel shovel or a flat knife to flip the cake.
Step 10: Shape the Almond Tuiles:
The fastest way is place the Almond Tuiles into a Baguette baking tray or any tools with a curvature such as rolling pin or a glass. When it gets cold, it will be crispy and has beautiful shape.
