Ingredients for Bun bun bo xao recipe:

  • Beef 300gr
  • Onion 100gr
  • Vermicelli noodles 1kg
  • Cooking oil 3 tsp
  • Fish sauce 50ml
  • Water 100ml
  • Roasted Peanuts
  • Coriander, lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts
  • Chopped garlic and chili
  • Sugar, ground pepper

Steps for making Vietnamese beef and noodle Salad?

Step 1:

Slicing and mixing 300gr beef with 5gr sugar, 2gr pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 spoon of chopped garlic. Mixing and marinating the mixture for about 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Sweet and sour fish sauce: Blending 100ml water, 50gr sugar and 50gr fish sauce. Then add 2 tsp of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped chili and sour spice. Stirring well.

Step 3:

Boiling 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, adding 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic and stirring until it becomes fragrant, adding marinated beef and stir-frying until it is soft. Next, adding 100gr sliced onion and continuing to stir-frying about 2 minutes and turning off the cooker.

You should stir the mixture quickly and stir-fry on the big fire so that beef cannot be tough.

Step 4:

Putting rice noodles into a bowl, adding beef, fresh vegetables, cucumber, bean sprouts, roasted peanuts and cooked oil & green onion. Souse sweet and sour fish sauce and enjoying the dish.
