- 500 gr chicken (the thigh or breast)
- Pickled mustard greens
- Fried onion
- Five-spice powder
- Minced garlic
- Rice (can be replaced with sticky rice)
Steps for making Com ga roti recipe
Cook rice as usual and add the chicken fat to make it more delicious.
Chop the scallion and add a pinch of salt into it, add hot cooking oil to make the scallion oil. Crush peanuts. Chop pickled mustard greens, add a little sugar, minced garlic and chili into it. It can be replaced by cucumber.
Clean chicken, cut slightly on its surface. Marinate with 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of chili sauce, 1 tbsp of minced garlic onion, 1/2 tbsp of five-spice powder. Fry the chicken with cooking oil. Take another pan, fry garlic, then add the mixed sauce, cook until it becomes a paste, then put all the chicken into the pan, cook over low heat.
